Terms of Service

1. Who we are

CitizenPrep (“we”, “us”) is an independent online practice platform for citizenship and integration tests, operated by[Company name]. We are not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any government, ministry or official exam body.

2. The service

We provide practice questions, mock exams and related study material. Practice material is for preparation only. Official rules, fees, question lists and pass marks can change; always check the official website of the authority that runs your test.

3. Free use

You can use the free practice features without an account. Free users can take 1 full mock exam per test and see explanations for their first 20 answered questions per test.

4. The Pass

  • The Pass is a one-time purchase for one test, priced at €14.99 (local taxes may apply). It is not a subscription and does not renew.
  • It gives access to the paid features of that test for 90 days from the moment of purchase.
  • The Pass is stored in your browser. You can restore it on another device with the transaction id from your receipt.
  • The Pass is for personal use. Sharing, reselling or automated scraping of the content is not allowed.

5. Payment and merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to your purchase.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

The Pass is digital content that is made available immediately. By completing the purchase you ask us to start right away and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once access has begun. This does not affect our pass guarantee and refund policy.

7. Accuracy

We work hard to keep questions and answers correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that the material is free of errors or matches the current official exam exactly. If you spot a mistake, please tell us.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the Pass concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. TODO: confirm with counsel for your jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies; material changes will not affect a Pass you have already bought.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [country], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
